We help employers in Saudi Arabia hire drivers, technicians, security guards, cleaners and hospitality staff. We’re in early access, onboarding our first employers.
Why we exist
Frontline workers deserve a hiring process they can trust.
The people who keep the Kingdom running are often hired through forwarded messages, listings nobody has checked and decisions nobody explains. Too often, the person looking for work is the one who carries the risk.
We're building the opposite: jobs checked before anyone applies, a reason behind every match, and a candidate who never pays to be hired.
How we work
Commitments that run in the product
Each of these is how HiringTree works today, not a plan.
Reviewed by a person
Every job post is read and approved by our team before any candidate can see it. Posts can be flagged, with the reason kept on the record.
Candidates never pay
Candidates never pay to register, apply, or be matched. Not now, not later.
A match score that shows its working
Every applicant gets a score from 0 to 100, with the reason for each factor. The score advises. It never decides.
Fair by design
Nationality, age and gender are not inputs to the match score. Candidates are judged on the work.
No ID requests over WhatsApp
A listing that tells candidates to send an iqama, passport, ID copy or photo to a WhatsApp number, phone number or private email cannot be published. There is no override.
Your profile stays yours
Edit or hide your profile, change whether you’re looking for work, withdraw an application, deactivate your account or ask us to delete it. Your phone number stays private until a real hiring step.
Where we're starting
Saudi Arabia first, local hiring first.
We start with people already in the Kingdom: Saudi nationals and residents. The site is in Arabic and English, and candidates can build a profile by voice, typing or CV in Arabic, English, Hindi, Nepali or Bengali.

Recruitment fraud works because nobody is answerable. Here is what we hold ourselves to, and how to reach us when we fall short.
A person reads every job post
No listing reaches a candidate on automated approval alone. If a post is rejected, the reason stays on the record.
We answer reports
If the terms a candidate is offered don’t match the listing, that report reaches a person on our team.
You can reach a human
Every page carries a working contact address. No support maze, no premium line.
